Types of Presentations for the registration

There are three types of presentations available in The 6th International Conference on Social Sciences 2019 – (ICOSS 2019) and you can register to the conference by selecting your preferred presentation type. The main presentation types are Oral, Poster, and Virtual. In addition to the presentation types you can register for the conference as an Attendee. For all these types you can register as a group in special registration fee.

Oral Presentations

If you are wish to be an Oral Presenter at the conference, following things are included in you registration fee

Registration fee includes: Oral Presenters

  • Presentation slot (20min) – Not applicable for Non presenters

Poster Presentations

If you wish to be a Poster Presenter at the conference, following things are included in your registration fee

Non- Presenters (Listeners/Attendee)

If you wish to be a Non presenter/Listener at the conference, following things are included in your registration fee

Virtual Presenters

If you are unable to attend the conference in person mainly due to financial or any other reasons, but still wish to have your paper presented and published, we offer virtual presentations for your convenience. There are two types of virtual presentations available.

  • Live Video Presentation via 3CX
  • Power Point Virtual Presentation

3CX Presenters

If you are unable to attend the conference in person but still wish to have your paper presented and published, we offer Live Video presentations for you which will give you a live experience as conference participant.

The International Institute of Knowledge Management (TIIKM) is delighted to introduce the new Web Conference facility to The 6th International Conference on Social Sciences 2019 – (ICOSS 2019) Conference Participants. This live video presentation opportunity is developed by web client called 3CX.

What is 3CX?

3CX is a platform designed to offer complete Unified Communications maintaining High Quality Standards. Web Conferencing platform enables Video and Voice Communications to take place through the Internet Browser with Peer Participants and relevant Session Chairs, which allows to seamlessly join meetings without the need to download any additional software or plugins.

Registration fee includes: Virtual Presenters

  • Abstracts and papers will be published in conference proceedings
  • Submit your paper for peer review to the supporting Journals
  • An author certificate, abstract book and conference materials will be mailed to every virtual presenter after the conference.

Online Video presentation is a great opportunity to,

  • Present your research via online video presentation to the conference audience lively.
  • Meet face-to-face with HD Video & Audio.
  • Watch the presentation or webinar.
  • Share the screens and PDF documents.
  • Discuss with peer presenters, session chair and evaluation panel members and get the feedback lively.
  • Be evaluated by an international evaluation panel and win an award as a best presenter.
  • Eligible for publication opportunities as regular presenters.

How to be a Live Video presenter?

You are required to submit a proposal/abstract which will undergo a double blind peer reviewing process. After the Conference has ended, you will receive a copy of the Conference program, Certificate of presentation, the Book of Abstracts and TIIKM branded stationaries along with the Conference pack.

Requirements

  • Laptop with headset
  • Desktop with Webcam and microphone/headset
  • Updated Chrome Browser
  • Virus Protections are needed to be paused/disabled before the start, if not it will block the webcam
  • Remove Internet Download Manager Extension from Chrome – If not it will block your file sharing facility during the Web Conference.
  • Bright and calm environment with professional background.

A Trial before the conference

Once you registered and paid for the conference you will be getting an opportunity to have a trial live presentation with the organizing committee to test the application and give you a proper technical knowledge.

Power Point Virtual Presentation


In case you do not want/or cannot attend a presentation through Live Video Presentation, you can only send us PowerPoint presentation (with video and/or audio embedded to the presentation). Your presentations will be uploaded in the Conference website and TIIKM YouTube channel, so that the Conference participants, Conference website visitors and TIIKM You Tube subscriber will have access to all virtual presentations during and after the conference.

Moreover, do note that the same publication opportunities will be considered as provided to the regular presenters.

You are still required to submit a proposal/abstract or full paper, and one author must pay the registration fee. About 2 – 3 weeks after the conference, you will receive a certificate of presentation, the Book of Abstracts and TIIKM stationaries along with the Conference pack.

Virtual Registration fee includes:

  • Abstracts will be published in the Abstract Book.
  • Your paper will be submitted for peer reviewing process of the relevant Supporting Journals
  • Papers will be published in Conference proceedings
  • An author certificate as a virtual presenter, Book of Abstract and Conference materials will be posted to every virtual presenter after the conference.

Group Registration

  • Group registration is applicable for any of the above presentation types.
  • You are eligible for discounted rate on the registration fee if you are a group of minimum 5 persons.
  • If your group comprises of more than 10 people please contact our organizing committee for higher percentage on the discount rate.
  • Please note the group members should be from the organization/institution.
  • Discounted Registration for five (5) or more participants from the same organization/institution.
  • The benefits for the Group registration will be decided based on your presentation type(Oral/Poster/Listener/Virtual)

 

Special Note

Once you selected your presentation type (oral/poster/virtual/listener) and Individual/Group registration you can select your   Registration fee category, register online for the conference and make the payment to confirm your participation for the conference.
