MPI Rare Earth Round Grate Magnet – For Removing Ferrous Tramp M

Product description

Size:14” Rare Earth Round

MPI’s Grate Magnets are designed to remove medium and small-size ferrous tramp metal contaminants from dry, granular free-flowing product streams in gravity-fed vertical chutes, hoppers, housings, surge or catch bins. Grate Magnets are easy to install and clean. They offer efficient, economical magnetic protection of processing equipment, such as milling, extruding, and mixing, while improving product purity. The tubes are held in place with a stainless steel support frame. As tramp metal contaminants are captured, they move to the underside of the magnetic tubes, eliminating tramp metal “wash-off.” Features: - USA made - Powerful rare earth magnet material - Liquid-tight, seam-welded tube ends - no crimped tubes - 100% stainless steel enclosed design - 1: diameter magnetic tubes, mounted on 2" centers - Rugged all-welded construction
