The International Conference on Social Sciences 2014 is vital stands that discuss critically importanttopics in the field of Social Studies. This Conference examines the number of areas relating to the social sciences including Geography and Climate changes Philosophy and Psychology, Politics and political sociology, Sociology and Anthropology, Criminology and justice, Gender and women's studies etc. Theprogram consists of inspiring keynote presentations, case studies, research presentations and interactive sessions by world-class, researchers, scholars and professionals, industry leaders. Sessions will bring researchers from across the globe together to discuss broad questions of common interest and provide a platform to establish relationships with new colleagues. Prof. Oyaziwo Aluede is Professor of Guidance and Counselling and currently the Acting Dean, Faculty of Education at the Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma- Nigeria and Chairman, Students’ Disciplinary Committee of the University.
Prof. Premakumara de Silva
Deputy Vice-Chancellor of the University of Colombo. Prof. De Silva received his B.A. (Hon.) and M.A. in Sociology from the University of Colombo and MSc and PhD in Social Anthropology from the University of Edinburgh UK and was the Head of the Department of Sociology prior to this appointment.
